A slightly salty, slightly sweet, incredibly moreish citrus explosion. Enjoy between meals as a nourishing broth to boost immunity and fight fatigue, or as a flavour base stirring into quick, delicious meals. Use like a curry paste or stock concentrate and add to soups, stir-fries, curries, noodles and more. Each jar makes 5 litres of liquid broth, simply add 2 tspn to a small amount of hot water to make a thin paste, add hot water to taste (recommended 330ml total).  Refrigerate after opening for up to one year.
