The Carob Kitchen's Carob Mint Bar is made with Australia grown Carob, real Cacao butter and Peppermint Oil. They have included on the purest natural ingredients to deliver a naturally sweet, smooth carob bar. With no added sugar or palm kernel oil, this carob bar is a healthy and ethical sweet treat. It is also gluten-free, caffeine-free, and theobromine free.

Please Note: The Carob Kitchen only use real ingredients without adding preservatives and stabilisers, this means their chocolate can be heat sensitive. We don’t use cool packing and although our warehouse is temperature controlled, once it has left us, we no longer control the temperature and handling in transit. Keep in mind that standard delivery is by road and your package could end up spending a weekend or a night in a depot. We urge you to consider this as we cannot take responsibility for spoiled items if you choose to make your purchase in warmer weather. We want you to receive your chocolate in the same way that we packaged it up and enjoy its goodness!

Unfortunately couldn't enjoy

Sadly our $30 of lovely carob bars didn't travel well. While we ordered in cooler weather, the 10 days before dispatch meant it travelled in slightly warmer weather (around 20d) and arrived needing emergency care. Being very familiar with the product, we hadn't read the note at the bottom of the product description - in fairness, it is there in black & white, so is entirely our oversight, but just worth a note to be aware, it is unlikely to arrive in good shape & be edible in anything other than winter weather. I do feel it probably shouldn't be offered for shipping, or perhaps place the note about shipping challenges clearly at the top of the page where it can't be missed to save disappointment & waste of little bears :)

Out of all of the carob bars, I love this one the most, it's so yum. I just love the refreshing minty taste.
