The Carob Kitchen - Carob Coconut Bar (80g)

From bean to bar, The Carob Kitchen's carob range is made from Australian grown organic carob and real cocoa butter.

The naturally sweet, smooth and creamy taste in the Carob Kitchen Coconut Bar is from the sweetness in our Australian grown carob beans and naturally sweet coconut flakes. They blend the coconut carob bar to have a mild carob taste using Australian milk solids from grass-fed cows and ethically sourced cocoa butter – a natural cocoa fat.

Store in a cool, dry place. Between 15 and 22 degrees Celsius.

Please Note: The Carob Kitchen only use real ingredients without adding preservatives and stabilisers, this means their chocolate can be heat sensitive. We don’t use cool packing and although our warehouse is temperature controlled, once it has left us, we no longer control the temperature and handling in transit. Keep in mind that standard delivery is by road and your package could end up spending a weekend or a night in a depot. We urge you to consider this as we cannot take responsibility for spoiled items if you choose to make your purchase in warmer weather. We want you to receive your chocolate in the same way that we packaged it up and enjoy its goodness!

The Carob Coconut Bar tastes so good on its own. However if you feel the need to bake, remember to melt the carob milk bar using the Bain Marie method (a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water).

Simply dip fresh fruit into the melted carob and leave to set.
