This "healing clay" from Earths Purities cleanses and heals the body using 100% Australian Food Grade Volcanic Clay. When used on the skin, the bentonite clay is able to draw out toxins, chemicals, and impurities from the gut, skin and mouth. It also replenishes nutrients, thanks to an abundance of minerals like calcium, magnesium, silica, sodium, copper, iron and potassium. When used internally, these vitamins and minerals are absorbed as a supplement would be. The Bentonite Clay is suitable for use internally as a supplement, or externally in a bath or as a mask.

Drink: Simply add one teaspoon once a day to water, juice or smoothies.

Body: Mix one part clay to two parts water to make a detoxifying mask. Apply a thin layer to the skin. Allow to dry and then wash off.

Bath: Add 1/2 cup to 1 cup to a warm bath for a detoxifying bath.
