Rusting after a couple of months outside

I wanted a marine grade hanger like this that I could leave permanently out on our line. It's a great size, is easy to secure, and holds things well. Design wise, my only gripe is extremely minor: it isn't free-spinning like the other, non-marine grade one I own. I've given only 2 stars because after less than 3 months use it is already starting to rust at one of the points where the hanging chain joins the hanger itself (thankfully, not any of the actual clothes pegs). This is disappointing as my extra strong marine grade pegs (different brand) have been out on the line for about 7-8 years now and show no sign of rust at all.

Great quality and won't rust and I'll never need to replace them. I'll be ordering more for my family.
