It actually works for me.

I had used Badger sleep balm many years ago with great effect. I was very happy to discover it again and it really does help me have better menopausal sleep . I rub onto my temples and forehead every night. Give it a try.

A nice balm that's easy to apply and helps me to relax before bed. The balm holds its form well in the canister (doesn't melt into a sloppy mess) and is easy to have on hand.
