Poor customer service as they sent incorrect item

I recently purchased the yumbox panino in pink, the image pictured and description written for it said it came with the rainbow tray insert. I received it with a different insert and when I contacted them they said that they send whatever tray they have available at the time. They don't bother to tell you until you contact them to query it. False advertising and a very unhappy customer as they only offered a return slip instead of what I actually paid for.
