Beautiful but faulty

Beautiful product and very sturdy but unfortunately the catch that secures the hook onto the line is faulty and when it’s windy and full of washing it falls off the line which unfortunately means wet washing in the garden below and with all the recent wind this happens pretty much every time I use it. I emailed and was given an ‘easy fix’ reference which unfortunately didn’t work. Not super impressed as these pegs aren’t exactly cheap.
